The Genome Lab has just launched! This corner of the Galaxy is dedicated to genome assembly and annotation.

Are you building a genome?

The Galaxy Australia Genome Lab provides a one-stop-shop for assembly, annotation and QC for your genome!

This site provides a "skin" over Galaxy Australia, pointing you towards useful tools, workflows and resources for genome construction. The underlying Galaxy server is identical to usegalaxy.org.au. You can run all the same tools. Your jobs go into the same history. Your data is shared and uses the same quota.

Switching between the "Base site" (usegalaxy.org.au) and the Genome Lab (genome.usegalaxy.org.au) is easy - look for the icon in the top navigation bar to switch between sites.

Please note: You will have to log in again the first time you visit the Genome Lab (the same account you use on usegalaxy.org.au) - from then on you can switch freely between sites. Unfortunately, AAF login is not configured for Galaxy AU Labs, but we are working on fixing this.
